| Welcome to Respitality by Design
Respitality by Design provides the program services of Respitality to non-profit organizations that offer Family Support services to parents and primary caregivers of individuals with special needs who reside in their home.
I am a single parent with two adult daughters, one whom has severe spastic cerebral palsy. I personally know how time away in a quiet environment can help you to be less overwhelmed by the demands and responsibilities of caring for someone with special needs. That is why I decided to pursue my own personal dream of providing Respitality in New Hampshire and to our neighboring states.
Respitality is the combination of "respite" for parents and primary caregivers of family members with special needs with the welcoming "hospitality" of the hotel and inn industry.
Currently we have 35 host hotels and inns throughout New Hampshire that have graciously donated one or more overnight stays per month and many include breakfast.
Our hosts offer parents many choices on how they can restore their energy, refresh their mind and nourish their soul.
